ド派手な目立つ外観のしろむらさん、東区泉の１号店に続いて２号店がド派手にオープンしたのは約３年ほど前になります。
ドーンっと重厚感のある建物に大きな提灯、看板には「伊勢神宮奉納」「三河一色産」「炭火焼き活きうなぎ」とうなぎ好きにとってはカンペキなワードが並び、一度行ってみたいと思いながらも３年の月日が経過していました。
レビュアーさんのうなぎの投稿に感化されてアタマの中がうなぎになってた日にそうだ、うなぎを食べ行こう！と思い立ったある日、当日予約でお伺いしました。
駐車場はしっかり完備、入口に近づくと、うなぎを活かして入れる黒い桶が重ねてあり、テイクアウト用のショーウィンドウには超ビッグサイズの「ひつまぶし横綱」23,000円のサンプルが置いてあります。8〜10人前と言う度肝を抜くひつまぶしがあります。
ひつまぶしは並・上・特上・特々上と段階的に多分、うなぎの量が１尾、1.５尾となるはずなのですが…
特々上となると何尾？？

● 活肝のしぐれ煮 980円
とりあえず頼んでみました。
トッピングで肝焼を頼みたかったのですが、肝焼は既に売り切れとのこと(T . T)
御膳などもありましたが、今日はうなぎがお目当てですので、ひつまぶしで貫きました。
活肝のしぐれ煮は生姜香る美味しいしぐれ煮で、お酒が欲しくなる…。
そして、ひつまぶし。
しろむらさんのひつまぶしは他店とは少し違う。
通常は３ステップで頂くのですが、こちらは４ステップ。しろむら特製卵黄醤油をかけて頂く食べ方が加わります。
この特々上ひつまぶし、ごはんの間にもしっかりうなぎが入っていて、ごはんの上にもびっしりとうなぎがのっています。
特製卵黄醤油も美味しく頂きました。
香ばしいうなぎは三河一色産の活き鰻の炭焼きです。
老舗のうなぎ屋さんではないようですが、人気のお店で美味しく頂きました。
しかし、特々上はやり過ぎた…。
うなぎは今日だけはもういらない笑
贅沢し過ぎました。
美味しく頂きました。
