シフォンケーキ専門店 くんねこCafe。
2019年10月にオープンされ、その頃よりBMしていたこちらのお店。
名前の通り、シフォンケーキの専門店で、
伺ったのは、平日の16時半過ぎ。
こんな時間ですし、他にお客さんはナシ。
店内のショーケースには様々なシフォンケーキ。
こんな時間でしたが、まだ全種類揃ってありました。
購入したのは
・ほうじ茶 220円
・紅茶 220円
・プレーン 200円
・レモン 220円
こちらのシフォンケーキは、防腐剤やベーキングパウダーなど添加物を一切使わず、卵は産みたて地赤卵を、小麦は半田市の特栽のものを使うこだわりっぷり。
「体においしい体にやさしい」をモットーにされているように、シフォンケーキはどれもふわふわで、甘さも優しい美味しいものでした。
こちらのお店にはカフェスペースもあり、モーニングから営業されています。
次はそんなカフェスペースで色んなスイーツもいただいてみたいと思います。
