久々の本格的な台湾まぜそばを食べました。
麺のねっとり感とドロドロのスープが混ざり合って、最高でした。
ニラとニンニク、台湾ミートがアクセントになって、中毒性のある美味さです。
背脂ミニ丼も食べましたが、普通のライスと残りのスープで食べる追い飯が一番です。
また、食べに来たいと思います。
