どおしても台湾まぜそばが食べたく、仕事を調整して訪問、お昼時てしたが一組待ちでラッキー！元祖台湾まぜそばの食券を買い、5分ほど待ちカウンターへ、麺をテボザルで潰す光景を見学しワクワクしながら待ちます。
又5分程で着丼、ライス、オイメシ共に無料ということで先にライスを頼み、ライスと共にに味わい、最期に残ったライスでオイメシしました。
コスパ、クオリティともにさすが本場といった印象でした。
