お店に入ってすぐに券売機があるので、ここでチケットを購入。
すぐ横で店員さんが待っているので、チケットを渡してからテーブルに着きます。
お冷やは各テーブルにコップとピッチャーが置いてあるのでセルフでどうぞ。
注文したのは、ミニ天丼＋そばセット。
天麩羅はカラッと揚がっています。
つゆは甘み控えめで、程よくかかっているのでくどくなく食べられました。
そばは、二八？三七？四六？、どれくらいの割合かは不明ですが、コシがあって美味しく頂きました。
つゆは辛口。
ドボンとつけてしまうとつらいかも。
少なめにすくって三分の一くらいつけて啜るのがいいんじゃないかと感じました。
蕎麦湯は、料理の提供時に水筒に入れられて持ってきてくれます。
写真を撮り忘れましたが、とても濃くとろっとしていました。
つゆの濃さと蕎麦湯の濃厚さが絶妙に感じ、美味しく頂きました。
おろしそばもざるそば（海苔は載っていないので盛り蕎麦だと思うんですけどね）と同じつゆだと思います。
おろしと相まって美味しく頂きました。
お手頃価格で頂けるお蕎麦。
近くを通った際には立ち寄ってもいいな思いました。
