肉蕎麦のぼる このズバリの店名を見つけ 高蔵寺のアピタを訪ねましたが 既に閉店して後にはモスバーガーが開店するようです
しかし口は肉蕎麦の口になっており あちこちのメニューを覗いていたところ つけ汁ではなくかけ汁なんですが こちらへ転進です
実は小木曽製粉所にも肉そばはあり つけ汁だったのですが いかんせん温かいつけ汁だったのでスルーしました
券売機で食券を買います 肉そば並が880円なんで 割とお高めかなと思いつつも大盛りに 相方はおろしそばに鶏天を付けてました
運ばれてきた肉そばには 「お好みで」と言ってラー油が添えられていました
そしてこちらの肉そばは よくある豚の冷しゃぶのような肉ではなく 牛丼のアタマのような肉でした おそらく価格設定にはこうした要素も影響してるんでしょうね 乗っかってる肉が甘辛味なので かけ汁そのものはさほど甘くはありません また肉そばを前面に押してやってるお店は 太めのワシワシとした食感の麺が多いのですが こちらの蕎麦は普通の太さです
そうした事情を加味しても 肉そばを食べることができました ごちそうさま
