名鉄犬山駅から歩いて５分ほどの場所に２０２０年１０月１０日にオープンした焼き菓子のお店、平日の午後に利用してみました。
コチラで販売しているのはいろんな種類のタルトやクッキー、それにスコーンなどですが、この日は１５時少し前と遅めの時間だったということもありタルトはすべて売り切れ、なので残っていたクッキーをいくつか購入していくことに。
ラングドシャに紫芋のクッキー、木の実のサブレをいただきましたが、クッキーはどれもサクッとした軽い食感で口の中でほろっと自然に崩れて味が広がります。シンプルにバターの風味が楽しめるラングドシャ、紫芋クッキーはその優しい甘みが、木の実サブレは木の実の香ばしい食感と風味が感じられるなどどれも美味しかったです。
フルーツタルトもすごく気になるところなので今度はもっと早い時間にお邪魔してタルトをゲットしたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
