菓子屋 shirushi。
犬山に2020年10月にオープンしたばかりのお菓子屋さん。
もともとサンビルやマーケット日和などに出店していたKobittoさんが新たにオープンした実店舗。
オープン当初はかなりの行列で、売り切れも早かったのですが、オープンから10日ほど経って少し落ち着いた頃に伺ってみました。
この日購入したのは、
・和栗のロールケーキ
・さつまいものタルト
・まるごとマロンパイ
・クッキー缶
ロールケーキは、しっとり優しい食感&味でとても美味しくて、クッキー缶は中のどの焼き菓子も美味しかったです。
パイはちょっと私の好みとは違い、すんごく軽い味わいで、ちょっと物足りなかったかな。
賑わいを戻しつつある犬山ですが、観光客向けのお店ばかりでなく、こだわったお店が増えてきて、嬉しいばかりです。
