Lunch is quite reasonable!
Sunday lunch in late April. My wife and I visited Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Matsuya in the city. The bath tap wasn't working properly so I went to the hardware store, and on the way back I went to the new library. I borrowed some books and went here. This store used to be located near Komaki Station, but has now been relocated to this location. I'm grateful that it's closer to my home. The former store is being used as a vacant space. The interior of the store is chic and fashionable, with black as the main color. There is also a two-person seat that overlooks the courtyard. We sat down and looked at the menu. All lunch menus are quite reasonable. From the many lunch menus, I order the Matsuya Lunch (¥1,188), which bears the restaurant's name. Matsuya lunch consists of Matsuya ribs, Matsuya loin, Cow tongue, beef offal, grilled vegetables, daily Small dish dish, salad, daily soup, and rice. I also ordered bottled beer (¥770). As you wait while looking out at the courtyard, your bottled beer will arrive first. For some reason, when Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and Chinese food, I tend to want to drink bottled beer instead of draft beer. It will be served in about 10 minutes. Ah, there was more than I expected, and the meat was big and thick. If you think of it as lunch, it's quite reasonable. First, grill Cow tongue. Serve with beer and salt sauce. Yeah, yeah, that's fine. The opportunity to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) increases. Next, take a break with grilled vegetables. Drink Small dish of namul and potato salad. Beef hormones around here. I like tonchan and beef offal the most. The beef offal here is fresh and has delicious fat. This alone is enough for two bottles of beer (lol) The short ribs and loin are also thick and tender. I can't believe the quality of lunch you can get for just 1000 yen. I think the cost performance for lunch here is quite good.

Holiday lunch in late November. My wife and I visited Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Matsuya in the city. A chilly rainy holiday. I was planning to go out to admire the autumn leaves, but the weather doesn't allow for that. In the morning, I calmly read a book by Haruki Murakami while listening to jazz at a relatively high volume. I want to go into holiday mode for lunch. Let's have lunch at a nearby Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. Please make a reservation before visiting. Pass through the noren at 11:30 a.m. At this point, about half of the customers were there. By the time I left, it was full, so I made a reservation and it was a good decision. You will be guided to a counter seat overlooking the courtyard. BGM is jazz. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) with jazz music. By chance, the trumpet player's tune that I had been listening to in the morning was playing, and the coincidence made me laugh. Order Matsuya Lunch (¥1408) and bottled beer (¥770) from the lunch menu. It will be served in about 10 minutes. While drinking Asahi Super Dry, I eat vegetables first, starting with salad. The Matsuya lunch includes two pieces each of short ribs, loin, Cow tongue, and wagyu offal. This comes with two Small dish, salad, daily soup, and rice. Eat Cow tongue as usual. Enjoy refreshingly with salt sauce. The quality of the meat is good for a lunch that only costs around 1,400 yen. Next is hormones. A carefully processed hormone with no odor. The sweetness of fat, the sweetness. Bottled beer is good. Along with the loin, serve rice, Small dish, and soup. The meat quality of the loin is reasonable for the price. Finally, the ribs. This short ribs are delicious. Kalbi with a firm taste of fat. I ended up eating almost the entire day's worth of calories (lol), but it was still a satisfying lunch. I would like to visit again since it is close to my home.
