友人に連れて行ってもらいました。
もう20年くらい食べ歩きを趣味としてやって来ていましたが、
ブラジル料理を食べてみようと自ら思ったことは一度もありませんでした。
そんなとき、新しく出来た友人がブラジル料理絶対に美味しいから行こうと誘ってくれたので行ってみることになりました。
訪問したのは、とある平日のお昼時です。
店内は空いていました。
みたこともない料理がたくさんあってどれにしたら良いか分からなかったのですが、
とりあえず何を食べても冒険なので、勘で『パステル』という料理の牛とチーズのものを注文。
あとはポテトとブラジル版ジンジャエールと言われる飲み物も注文しました。
友人が食べた、チキンカツも少し貰ったのですが、ジャンクフードとは思えない美味しさでびっくり。日本なら洋食店で出るレベルの料理だと思います。
私が初めて食べたパステルという料理もめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
外はカリカリに揚げられていて、でも油はベトベトしてなくて本当にカラっと揚がってます。
中の牛ミンチの味付けも良かったですね。トロ～っとたっぷりのチーズも入っていて、
このチーズと牛ミンチとカリカリの衣のハーモニーがまあ美味いこと。
思わず夢中になって食べてしまいました。
美味しかったです。ブラジルの料理がこんなに美味しいなんて知りませんでした。
完全にハマりました。また必ず行きたいですね。
お店の方はおそらくブラジル人だと思いますが、接客も良くて日本語も通じるので日本人だけでも安心して訪問できるお店です。
