2021年6月13日オープン『Re CAFe』にやってきますた。
サーモンのミキュイのランチ(1500円税込)をいただきますた。
前菜、スープ、メイン料理、パン、ドリンクの流れで出てきますた。
前菜は、
バーニャカウダですた。ニンニク、麹味噌、アンチョビで作られたソースがおいしかったです。
スープは、
冷たいじゃがいものスープですた。優しい味わいですた。
パンは、
弾力があって、もちもちしているパンですた。
メインのサーモンのミキュイは、
サーモンに、いろいろ装備してオサレにしてありますた。ヤングコーン的なやつとか、イモとか、ズッキーニ巻きみたいのがあった。
サーモンは、脂がのっていてやわらかくて食べやすかったです。焦がしバターとレモンのソースがいい感じです。
てか
メインのサーモンより、周りにあったズッキーニ巻きが超おいしかった。
トマトと、ベーコンと、あとなんか白色の野菜？みたいのが、ズッキーニ(多分)で巻いてあるやつなんだけど、
ソースともめっちゃ相性良くて、これほんとおいしかったよ。２個ありますたわ。
これを、つまみにして軽めにサングリア的なやつをいただきたいわ。何個でも食えるわ。マジで。
