春日井市にオープンした和菓子店
蕎麦つゆ団子 (280円)、二層のあん団子 (200円）、栗のあん団子 (240円）を食べた。
蕎麦つゆ団子は、蕎麦屋「蕎麦の三心」の幸汁を使用した他では味わえないみたらし団子。
二層のあん団子は、団子をコーディングした羊羹とやわらかい餡の2種類の餡が順に口の中で広がる。
栗のあん団子は、団子に白餡の羊羹でイガグリを思わせるような見た目の栗餡をのせた団子。
これまでの和菓子とは異なり、どれも斬新だった。
