というわけで今回は『らぁ麺 かものはいろ』さんにお邪魔しました。
こちらは2021年10月に愛知県春日井市でオープンされた『らぁ麺 彩どり』の2号店となる店舗です。『らぁ麺 彩どり』とは、2019年11月に愛知県瀬戸市でオープンされた店舗です。そしてそのセカンドブランドである『らぁ麺 かものはいろ』は、和食料理人の経験のある代表がメニューを監修し、店長が切り盛りしているようです。さらには、2022年3月からは海老そば専門店として『月の彩』という二毛作営業を日・月・火曜日に実施するなど、様々なラーメンが食べられる通い甲斐のある店舗です。
こちらは初訪問です。今回は昆布水のかかっている『鴨つけ麺』を頂きます。
つけ汁は醤油のキレを味わえるしょっぱめなつけ汁です。オレンジを使えばサッパリとした味変ができます。麺は小麦の旨みが詰まったツルシコ食感の中太平打ち手もみ麺です。ちなみに、つけ麺の麺はこの手もみ麺か、中細麺から選べます。麺にかかっている昆布水は薄めの味付けなので、サッパリと食べられます。デフォルトで鴨肉がチャーシューとして食べられます。また、メンマは極厚タイプで食べ応えがあります。
昆布水つけ麺が通常メニューとして食べられるのは嬉しいですね。次回は『鴨らぁ麺』を頂きたいです。
