『らぁ麺 かものはいろ』
以前訪れた海老系ラーメンの「月の彩」との二毛作のお店で以前から気になっていましたが休みがあわずいましたがタイミングがあったので念願の訪問でした！
令和六年三月上旬平日午後一時半頃訪問
お店の横にある駐車場に車を駐めてお店に入った時には先客が5名ほど。
カウンター席に座り
「鴨らぁ麺 醤油+鴨ワンタン」1300円を注文。
ランチタイムサービスのライスもお願いしました！
15分ほどでラーメン到着。
和を強く感じる器には濃いめの醤油スープに細麺。トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、白ネギに追加のワンタンが乗ってあり蕎麦の様で美味しそうな盛り付けです！

鴨の旨みと香りと醤油のキレが見事にマッチした和と中を見事に融合させた美味しいスープ！
★麺
全粒粉入りの角みのある細平打ち麺で小麦の風味が強くて強い蕎麦の様な風味が鴨スープとの相性抜群で美味い！

鴨ロースチャーシューはしっとりとしていて美味い！炙りチャーシューは香ばしくて柔らかくてかなり好みで美味い！！
長ネギは焼かれおり香ばしくて甘く鴨スープにバッチリあってます！
鴨ワンタンは熱々で肉肉しくて美味い♫
しっかりと鴨を感じる一杯でした！
鴨も気になるのでまた行きたいと思います！！
