1996年は自分が生まれた年である。コナンのアニメ放送が始まった年でもある。私にとって祝うに値する年なのである。ゆえに自然と店名に愛着が湧いた。
2つのサンドイッチをテイクアウト。親切そうな若い男性店員さん（96年生まれだったりして）が紙袋に入れてくださった。

★小倉あん抹茶 390円
表面が白くふんわりとした食パンで、頬ずりしたくなる。
キャロットラペって飲み物と間違えそうな名前だと思ったが、赤いシャキシャキした人参にツナが混ざっていた。
小倉あん抹茶は抹茶クリームが飛び出しそうなほどたっぷりで分厚い。クリームが口に入れるとひんやりする。
コンビニのサンドイッチばかりもちょっとなぁと感じたら、サンドイッチ屋のサンドイッチも選択肢に入れようと思った。同級生なら尚更。
