通し営業の浜松餃子をメインにしたバル。
餃子の王将 春日井店の近くにあります。
夫婦で営業されていて、奥さんの出身が浜松で餃子が好きということで、浜松餃子のお店を始めたそう。
浜松餃子学会の定義では「３年以上浜松に在住して、浜松市内で製造されている事」とあり、定義の条件を満たしてはいないけど、キャベツを中心にしてあっさり味の餃子であることは変わりがないようです。
ランチ営業も行っていて、ランチは550円という激安価格から提供してました。
ギョウザフライ定食 (550円）を頼んだ。
揚げ餃子ならぬ餃子をフライにした料理で、ウスターソースとタルタルソースで食べます。
意外な感じでしたが、美味しかったです。
PayPay支払いに対応してました。
