愛知県大口町にあるそばとモツ料理のお店、平日の９時頃に朝食目的での訪問。
このメニューを券売機で注文し、カウンター席で頂く。

駐車場は店舗北側にあり、店内は店内はカウンター席やテーブル席が並ぶ造り。
このタイミングで約２割程の客入りで、割りと静かな時間帯。
リニューアルしてからは初めての訪問だが、やはりお値打ちな朝食を求めてやってきた。
焼鯖のほぐし身・高菜・海苔が盛られたご飯に、今回は温かいお蕎麦をチョイス。
冷え込む朝に嬉しい熱々のおそば、謳い文句の「挽きたて」「打ちたて」「茹でたて」を感じられる美味しさ。
焼鯖ごはんは具材が多いので、どの店舗で食べてもご飯が足りなくなってしまうほど。
ようやく近所にオープンしたので、わざわざ大口店へ行く事はなくなってしまうだろう。
