Yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) after a long time
Today, my mother and eldest son went to Yamaki, which is within walking distance from my parents' house. Since it was during the Obon holidays, I made a reservation for seats by phone at 6:00 pm on the day of my visit. We ordered 3 items including Salted beef tongue, beef mino salt, young chicken seseri salt, beef toro hormone miso, Japanese black beef ribs, domestic beef skirt steak, and zabuton from the recommended menu on the attached sheet. For drinks, I had two large cups and one glass of sweet potato shochu on the rocks. The staff on the floor are also very friendly. Although it may seem immoral, the combination of white rice and zabuton at the end was great, and everything was delicious. Taking advantage of the app's 7% discount, it cost just over 15,000 yen for 3 people. At the time of checkout, the man who appeared to be the store owner had a Buddha-like face.

This time, I went back to my parents' house with my second son, who had finished his junior high school entrance exams. In response to a request to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat), my mother and I visited Yamaki. Salted beef tongue (1,500 yen including tax), Japanese black beef ribs (1,000 yen including tax) x 2, domestic beef fillet (1,800 yen including tax), domestic beef offal (800 yen including tax), beef mino salt (800 yen), assorted grilled vegetables (600 yen including tax) etc. I had beer and shochu, my second son had rice, and his mother had egg soup. All of them were delicious, but the domestic Wagyu ribs had more marbling than I expected, and the second half was a little tough.
