基本はラーメン店だが、一品料理も豊富。 |
少し前までお店の名前が違っていたような…。
お店の前を通る機会が多く気にはなっていました。
でもラーメン？モツ？と看板にあるので、居酒屋なのかな？？と思いなかなか入りづらかったのですが、勇気を出して訪問。
店内はそこそこ広め。なんとスタッフさんはワンオペじゃないですか！！
ひとつづつメニューをこなしていました。
今回は醤油ラーメンとチャーハン、塩もつを注文。
お水はセルフ【紙コップなので、滞在時間が長いと段々ふやけてしまいます】です。
まずチャーハン
チャーシューがめちゃくちゃ柔らかくそしてしっかり味わえるが付いていて、食べ応えがあります。
久々にいいものに出会えました、
ラーメン
既にチャーシューでお腹を満たしていたのもありましたが、スープをいただいた瞬間、コレは手間がかかっているなぁと思います。かなり深いですね。
単価設定納得。
個人的にはもう少し油が少ない方が好みですが、恐らくチャーハンの後で食べたことも影響していたか…。
チャーシューはチャーハンにあったものと同様に大きくかなり食べ応えあり。
麺は細麺のストレート。
機会があれば次回、塩をいただきたいですね。
