There is no doubt that "Takenoyama Dining Teishi" is the most stylish Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Takenoyama, Nisshin City. The interior is as sophisticated as a cafe, and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is not grilled over charcoal but with some kind of mysterious special technique, so there is no smoke. As it is a stylish Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, the prices are a little high, but the taste of the meat is unmistakable. For example, the popular top tongue is 890 yen for 3 slices per person. To put it in a difficult way, it is 0.34 slices per 100 yen. After filling your stomach with a small amount of high-quality meat, the stone-grilled bibimbap is the perfect finishing touch. About 20 minutes after ordering, the long-awaited stone-grilled bibimbap finally arrived. The bibimbap, served in a piping hot stone bowl, looked at me as if to say, "Please stir it quickly." I still vividly remember that I made eye contact with the bibimbap. As soon as I started to stir the stone-grilled bibimbap, I couldn't help but feel something was off. There was no gochujang-like sauce that would be found at a normal Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. The stone-grilled bibimbap was clearly lighter than that of ordinary Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Could it be that the waiter forgot to add the gochujang? I tried a bite and it tasted lighter than the stone-grilled bibimbap I usually eat at other Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants. The waiter must have forgotten to add the gochujang. I'm sorry to bother you when you're busy, but I'll call the waiter. Shortly after, the waiter arrived and I told him that there was no gochujang. However, the waiter said, "This is finished." I was stunned and didn't know how to say anything more than "I see." After tasting it carefully, I found that it had a yuzu scent and was a light and delicious stone-grilled bibimbap, perfect for finishing off Yakiniku (Grilled meat). I'm sorry for doubting the waiter.
