以前からチャンスがあればと思っていたお店です。赤池のショッピングセンター内のレストランを探しても見当たらないと思ったらなんとフードコートにありました。天丼とお蕎麦を提供しているようですが写真に出ていた4種類の天丼から海老が沢山乗っているものにしました。しばらくすると出来た合図があったので取りに行くと写真のように立派な海老が5本も。2本は大型、3本は小型ですが小さな方でも身が太っていてプリプリ。付いていた蓮根やなすも大きいけれど中まできちんと火が通りカラットしています。やっぱり油も違うのでしょうね。ホントに美味しいです。たれも甘すぎず適量、お値段とのバランスが取れた納得の一品でした。また是非いただきたいお店です。
