見た目は一流、行動は二流、稼ぎは三流。恵まれない天才、ヨロちゃんです。
さんびょうし ＝ ３っの要素がそろってるんですね。
①質の良い肉
②店の雰囲気と清潔さ
③親切で丁寧な接客
こんなところだろうか。

全ての条件がそろったですって、さんびょうしに行ってきました。
でも焼肉と言う料理は、最後は客が焼いて仕上げる料理だ。
上手く焼く客もいれば下手な客もいるだろう。

だから店側は常に客目線で営業をしないといけない難しい営業だと思う。
とくに客に提供する前の仕事が重要な要素となる。
質の良い肉で言えば様々な部位を提供してるのも条件だろう。
そして希少部位と聞けば注文したくなる俺の性。

I love meat even if I eat it every week.
My daughter says she will come to my house tomorrow with her grandson. So is the meal meat? So I left the house to eat something other than meat. What shall we eat? When I was in doubt, I started craving meat. Well, I can go tomorrow too, so I dived into a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. I would like to become a cow owner instead of a horse owner. Private room Yakiniku (Grilled meat). When I entered the store, I was seated at a circular table rather than a private room. Due to the capacity of the place, you cannot eat in a vulgar manner in a seat where everyone can see. Last time I came, number one was ribs, so let's eat ribs. I received a lot of things this time as well, but this time the number one was the rare chestnut part. I wonder if the ribs were Wagyu beef ribs last time? This time I ate Wagyu beef short ribs, so the oil was not sticky. |-`).｡oO (There is some damage to the fire extinguisher system.) But overall, is the meat marbling easy to eat with the elegant oil? I wish I could have eaten curry after the large bowl of white rice, but I regret that I couldn't. m(_ _yo) I guess I'll start with curry next time.
Maybe it's a hidden gem because it's surprisingly empty?
Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants are crowded on Sundays, and it's the middle of a three-day weekend. I was told there was a 60 minute wait at the first restaurant, so I called to attack another restaurant and was able to get a seat. Private Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Sanbyoshi. I remember going there for lunch before and the atmosphere was nice. Now let's eat meat. I eat a lot of different meats, and this time my number one is ribs. It was a very delicious rib. To be cheeky, the taste was great, but the food was poorly presented. When I ordered white rice and Onigiri, Onigiri came but the white rice never came. I was annoyed that the drinks never arrived. However, the atmosphere was nice and my daughter was satisfied. Namul had a unique flavor. m(_ _yo)Thank you for the meal.
とろろを求めに行ったら焼肉屋出来てた。
とろろを欲して店に行く途中に焼肉屋が出来てた。
車はトロトロ動いてるレベル。
考える時間はたっぷりあるが、とろろ VS 焼肉。
そら肉いくっしょ。
で店に吸い込まれました。
駐車場はガランガラン状態。
店に入ったら個室焼肉店みたい。
何となく外観に高級感あり。
個室に通されてメニュー見てノンアル飲んじゃう。
ランチは C を注文。

瓶のコーラがあるんで飲んじゃおう。
ランチは膳で登場。
白米・スープ・サラダ・キムチ・煮込み。
肉は、盛り合わせ的に登場だ。
肉は美味しかった～
デザートにチョコアイスと緑茶。
生意気言わせてもらうとサラダのドレッシングはフレンチとか希望。
緑茶は美味しくなかった。

今日のディナーは孫も一緒だ。
娘に何が食べたいか聞いたら焼肉だったので電話をして席をとった。
さんびょうし。
美味しいと思える焼肉屋だ。
ま・三拍子そろった店だが。
さらに言えば盛り付け。
そう盛り付けでも、なるほど！と思える店だ。
この店の盛り付けは肉のサイズが同じなのだ。
つまり誰が焼いてもムラが出来にくい配慮だろう。
焼くのは素人の酔っ払いがほとんどだ。
肉が均一と言うのは大事な条件だろう。
美味しい焼肉屋の条件に、今日は更に孫と一緒の食事と言う魔法があるので最高だ。
肉を食べる前から美味しい。
肉は好みで色々食べたが、希少部位の肉は美味しかった。
いちぼ、ざぶとん、らんぷは特別な美味さだ。
そして〆にはカレーを頂いた。
その見た目は海を思わせる姿だ。
海岸沿いに波が来るようにカレーのルーがかかり岸辺にライス。
更にカレーのルーの上にはお宝が乗ったお宝船のように牛筋が乗っていた。
最初にルーを口に入れて濃厚なルーを楽しむ。
カレー専門店のカレーではなく肉屋のカレーの味が口いっぱいに広がる。
海岸を崩し海と合わせて頂けば肉の甘みルーのスパイスと若干の辛み。
あぁ美味しい。
カレーを楽しんでる前では娘がデザートを楽しんでる。
幸せだ。
家に帰る途中でスタバにてメロンをドライブスルーで頂いて更に最高な時間だ。
