I'm going to bake it like this for a while. Now that both sides are done, it's time to eat! People have different ways of eating "Okonomiyaki", so we decided to eat it the way we like it. Brush the sauce on the whole surface. Sprinkle aonori (green laver) on it. Sprinkle some roughly shaved dried bonito flakes on it. Sprinkle mayonnaise on it as you like. The size and thickness are just right! The good thing about Teppan-yaki is that you can eat it hot! It was just plain delicious! Next, we decided to try the Negi Yaki and the Potato Butter Yaki. The "Potato Butter Yaki" is a very filling portion for the price! Wrapped in aluminum foil with butter next to slices of potato. It looks delicious! It was actually very tasty!
