この日も大府市でお仕事。
お昼も大府市内で頂きました。
行って来たのは大府市半月町の「雄岳」。
本格的なお蕎麦が楽しめると噂のお店です。
実は先週2日連続で空振ったお店です。
火曜、水曜が定休日なのですが、
木曜、金曜が臨時定休。
悔しいので画像を上げておきます。
三度目の正直で、漸く入店を果たします。
混雑する事も覚悟していましたが、
案外な事に店内に入ると空いていました。
お昼時としては少々寂しい入りですね。
注文はシンプルにざるそば。
お蕎麦は九割と十割が選べます。
メニューには九割が十割の上に表記されていたので、
お店の推しだと思い九割でお願いしました。
天ぷらも勧められましたが、
こちらは丁重にお断りました。
程無くざるそばが登場。
若干不揃いでは有るものの、
細めのお蕎麦は美味しそうです。
先ずは汁を付けずにそのままで頂きます。
期待した程、蕎麦の香りが鼻を抜けません。
それでも噛み応えが有り、味も悪く無いと感じました。
続けて汁に潜らせて。
カツオ出汁の効いた優しい汁が良いですね。
さらに葱を加えたり、山葵を載せて頂きます。
美味しいお蕎麦と言って良いでしょう。
食べ終わりを見図ったかの様に蕎麦湯が供されます。
ドロッと白濁した濃い蕎麦湯です。
この蕎麦湯が良いですね。
お蕎麦の余韻を十分に楽しむことが出来ました。
また来ても良いお店ですね。
次回は十割を試したいと思います。
