この日は大府市でのお仕事。
お昼も大府市内で頂きます。
行って来たのは「大府中央食堂」。
「まいどおおきに食堂」の系列店で、
カフェテリア方式の食堂になります。
お店に着いたのは12時過ぎ。
結構広めの店内は8分程度のお客の入りでした。
私は下記の4皿を選択しトレーに乗せます。
小松菜の煮びたし
厚切りハムカツ
鮭の塩焼き
ニラ玉ビーフン
ビーフンが有るので、ご飯は付けませんでした。
お支払いを済ませ、席までトレーで運びます。
先ずは、小松菜の煮びたしから。
優しい味付けが良いですね。
出汁も効いていて美味しかったです。
続いて、厚切りハムカツ。
ハムカツって、食堂で見掛けるとついつい手がでちゃいますね。
味は良いのですが、冷えていたのが残念。
食堂内には電子レンジも有るので、
温めてから食べるべきでした。
鮭の塩焼きは身を解して、
ニラ玉ビーフンの上に散らしました。
これがなかなか美味しかったですね。
鮭の旨味がビーフンと良く合います。
残念だったのは玉子が硬かった事。
トロトロなら更に美味しかったと思います。
悪く無いお昼でしたね。
