ちょっとした機会があり、少人数ですが家族間で食事をすることに。コロナもあり、これまでは結構テイクアウトを自宅居間でと堪えてきました。が、今回ばかりは場づくりの必要もあり、不特定のお客様が多数出入りしない、こじんまりした食事割烹の完全個室が無いものかと思案したところ、思い立ったのがなだかさん。至学館の手前にあるご家族経営の落ち着いた寿司割烹で、完全個室が4部屋ほどあります。お盆前後の混む時期で心配しましたが、お電話で日程を合わせ何とか一部屋確保。90歳代の父母、1歳の孫もあり事情をお話ししたところテーブル席の完全個室を手配して頂きました。お料理は寿司会席、税別3000円。
前菜に煮こごりやごま豆腐、つぶ貝などの5種盛り、続いてお碗、お刺身4種盛り、漬け魚の焼き魚に、お寿司8カン盛、赤だしにデザートと、このお値段には充実の内容。お刺身は新鮮で、味付も濃くなく、椀物、赤だしの出汁が本当に美味しく、お料理の姿、盛り付けも丁寧で一同大満足。お年寄り、赤ん坊連れにも配慮ある応接を頂き、良い時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
