尾張横須賀駅から徒歩2分程北上すると見えてきます。
イタリア国旗が目印です
ランチタイムは大勢の大人の女性の方々で賑わっています。
なぜ賑わっているのか？
それは料理の１つ１つが洗練されていて、
ひと手間かけられていて、
家庭では真似できないからです。
それもそのはず☺︎
レマーニのオーナーシェフと奥さまはイタリアで料理の修行をされた方々で、当人達も美味しい食べ物が大好き
以前ブルーチーズやワインのお話をしたら、
話が止まらなくなったことがあります☺︎
店内には至る所にイタリアの写真が飾られていて、内装は白が基調で清潔感があります。
今回は夜の来店、
注文したのはムール貝のコロッケ、
レバーのパテ、
ウニのクリームパスタ、
大好きなフォアグラとサーロインステーキなど。
いつもは食前酒にレモンチェロを頂いてからワインを飲みますが、この日は白でスッキリしたい気分
ムール貝のコロッケから出てくるソースと相性抜群でした
レマーニさんで1番嬉しいのは、10種類ほどの色とりどりの野菜が所狭しとのってくること
それぞれの野菜に合った調理法で丁寧に仕上げられていて、これもまた楽しみの１つです☺︎
これといって特別な食材を使われているわけでは無いと思いますが、他のイタリアンのお店とは少し違った美味しさがこのお店にはあります。
お箸の置き方もお二人の丁寧さが滲み出ていますね。
