For lunch, three of us went to Buono Italia, which offers all-you-can-eat pasta, pizza, gratin, and gnocchi, as well as a salad bar and drink bar. Although it's an order buffet where each person gets one dish, the pasta and gnocchi come out one after the other so there's no time to waste, and the three of us ate a lot and got full. They use fresh pasta, so tomato sauce dishes are popular. The taste is good, but I don't like the chewy texture of the peperoncino sauce, so I think dried noodles are better for this one. But we still ate a lot. If I had to complain, it would be that the only side dish was salad. I was hopeful because there was a sign on the salad bar that said "Chickpeas and sausage stewed in tomato sauce," but instead they served carrot salad.
