食べログで高評価だったので無理やり初トライ。
しかし、場所が非常に分かりにくいお店。隠れ家すぎるパン屋さんでは。
外装と内装は今どきの流行りの建築設計、かっこいい！
お店は実際入ってみると鬼のような酵母菌の臭い・・・・・脳みそをやられた、パンチを喰らいました。
これは天然酵母の臭いだね・・・・・四間道の芒種さん依頼かな。
パンのお味は、噛めば噛むほどお味が濃くなるお味。僕の好きな重めパンかな。
若い子向けの高得点のお店だと理解できました。
