毎月恒例のコストコ詣で途中のランチ｡
『あいち知多牛』のぼりも気になる居酒屋さんでのランチに初訪｡
こちらはマイレビ､スパさんの高評価からのBM攻略地点｡
店内は､カウンター6､4人テーブル3卓､小上がり3の標準的な居酒屋仕様(笑)
スラムダンクのリョータ風のお若い兄ちゃんが厨房のお店です(^^)
いくつかのランチメニューから､やはりの知多牛ハンバーグと､もう一点ある知多牛もの・コロッケをいただきました｡
◼ 知多牛ハンバーグ定食 980円
ペッタンペッタン､空気抜きの音｡
注文後の成形から始まりましたよ♫
しばらくして到着のハンバーグは､見た目もうまそうです｡
箸で切れますが､肉汁もジュワワーと出てきますよ〜♫
でこれが､｢旨っ‼｣
肉々しい味わいに､丼の白ご飯もガッツリすすみます｡
オニオンソース由来の甘さは､そのままでも十分においしくいただけますが､添えられたワサビもまたよく合いました｡
ハンバーグのダブルは1660円とちょっぴりお高く､ボリューミーにもなりますが､これはダブルも有りですね(^^)
◼ 知多牛コロッケ定食 550円
看板に偽り無しのハンバーグでしたが､こちらのコロッケ｡
これもまた､うまかったです｡
揚げたてのコロッケは､サクサクの衣に､ホクホクのじゃがいも｡
お肉の旨さもよく出たコロッケでした｡
コレ､お持ち帰りも有りです(^^)
(こちらもW850円有り)
この日のランチ､小鉢は白菜キムチに高菜漬け｡
こちらはふつう｡
居酒屋さんだから､喫煙可｡
食後の先客さんが愛煙家さん｡
背中からモクモク上がるのは､ちょっぴりアレでしたが､知多牛のハンバーグにコロッケは間違いなしの旨さでしたよ〜♫
