大府市共和に有る、知多大府屋たがやさんに平日１２時少し前に行きました
先客は１組いらっしゃってました、私は１人ですのでカウンターに案内されました
私が頂いたメニューは、１日１０食限定知多牛１００％ハンバーグ定食＋九州唐揚げ３個です
まず牛ですが、知多牛には響き(国産牛)交雑種と誉(和牛)黒毛和種の２種類有りますが、
こちらのハンバーグは国産牛を使用されてると思われます
知多牛１００％ハンバーグ定食ですが、カウンターですのでハンバーグを整形して焼くのを
見れて、さながらライブキッチンみたいでした(^_^)調理用の鉄板にハンバーグをのせて焼くと
牛肉の脂の甘い匂いがして来まして食欲がました
知多牛１００％ハンバーグ定食ですが、まずは塩で２口、そのあとでオススメされたオリジナルソースをかけて頂きました、ハンバーグの大きさは２００g～２５０gくらいで食べごたえも有り
脂も甘く、しつこく無く食べやすく、おいしく大満足です！
で、こちらのランチはご飯、生卵、漬け物がおかわり自由でセルフタイプなのも嬉しいです
残念なのは唐揚げです、唐揚げも人気と有りましたが私からしたら普通の唐揚げです
共和のたがやさんに来て、食べるほどのレベルでは無いと思います、大きさも小さくボリューム無し
どこにでも有る普通の唐揚げです。
美味しく頂きました、ごちそうさまでした。
