食べログの口コミを見て出かけてきました。
歯医者さん併設のカフェです。
大きなガラスばりのお店で、すごい開放感がありました。
キッズスペースもあり、子連れの方が多かったです。
そして、たくさんいるお客さんがキッズ以外全員女性でした。
時間制限もないし、席の居心地は良いし、たくさん話したい女子会にはもってこいのお店ですね。
目的の食べ放題ですが、野菜多目です。
がっつりメインとなるタンパク質系は、唐揚げとくるみハンバーグくらいかな？
なので、たくさん食べても胃もたれしません。
歯医者さん併設なので、噛むことの大切さについて書かれた紙がお料理を取る時に見えるように置いてあり、各メニューにもカムカム指数が書かれていていました。
そのためか、いつもよりしっかり噛んで食べたかもしれません。
こどもの食育に良さそうです。
ちょっと感動したのは、ドレッシングの種類の多さ。12種類のドレッシングと、メンタイマヨなどの野菜に合わせる調味料、あわせて16種類以上の味が楽しめます。
パンを全種類制覇しましたが、パンも油分控えめなさっぱりした味です。でも、ふわふわになっているので美味しかったです。
通常バターたっぷりのクロワッサンもこってり感がなくあっさりしてました。クロワッサンのサクサク食感が好きな人には少し物足りないかも。
ホイップバターもあったのでパンにつけて食べましたが、ふわふわでバターの味はするけどこってり感がなくて美味しかったです。
スイーツも10種類くらいあり、とっても美味しかったです。
パンナコッタは美味しすぎて、帰る前にもう一度食べちゃいました。
