濃厚な豚骨ラーメンですね
店内に入るとすぐに空席があったので座れました。
オーダーはタブレットで麺の種類、硬さまで選ぶ事ができました。
テーブルには紅ショウガ、辛子高菜のサービスもあり、これはありがたいサービスでした。
注文したのは
黒豚骨ラーメンで麺はバリカタ+炒飯セット、連れは辛味噌ラーメン細麺が好きでは無い人なので中華麺(選べるのは良いと言ってました)
注文してからは、あまり待ち時間もなく出てきました。
ラーメンは同時に出てきたのでありがたいですね。
味は濃厚な豚骨ベースのスープに焦がしニンニクの風味
それほど豚骨臭くもなくマイルドな味でした。
わりと脂はこってりしてて、スープはドロっとした感じです。
炒飯はごく普通の炒飯で可もなく不可もなくといったところでしょうか。
ラーメン、炒飯共に途中で高菜をトッピングしましたが、高菜のピリッとした味が合いますね。
濃厚な豚骨食べたい時はこのお店
良いかも知れないですね。

このエリアで行こうと思ったお店が休みだった事もあって、近くにあったこちらのお店に久しぶりに来てみました。
日付を見ると約3年ぶりでしたか…
ずいぶんと間隔空きましたね。
豚骨ラーメン+味玉と炊きたてご飯を注文
豚骨ラーメンは濃厚なイメージがありましたが、マイルドな豚骨って感じでした。
残念だったのはご飯
炊きたてというネーミングなのに
少し冷めたご飯だったので、これは炊きたてでは無いですね。
ネーミングから考え直しましょう。
