この日は東海市でお仕事。
お昼も東海市内で頂きました。
行って来たお店は「長浜豚骨ラーメン 一番軒 東海富木島店」。
「一番軒」はかつて春日井市に一店舗だけを構える小さなお店でした。
そのお店が人気に人気を呼び、
名古屋市名東区に35席の大型店へと本店を移し、
今や系列店を30店舗を抱えるグループ企業に成長。
それを支えるのがクオリティーの高い豚骨ラーメンです。
お昼時は盛況でした。
活気の有る店舗は「一番軒」ならでは。
店員さんの元気の良い声掛けも良いですね。
注文は席に備え付けのタッチパネルで。
長浜白味玉ラーメンを選択。
麺は自家製中華麺と特製博多麺が選べます。
中華麺に後ろ髪を引かれつつ博多麺を”やわ”でお願いしました。
料理の提供は早かったですね。
5分と待たずにラーメンの登場です。
先ずは、スープを一口。
かつての「一番軒」と比較すると、
若干の薄さを感じますが、旨味は十分。
それに同様に大型展開する豚骨ラーメン店、
「鶴亀堂」や「本丸亭」を完全に凌駕しております。
麺も良いですね。
私は生煮え素麺の様な博多麺は苦手なのですが、
「一番軒」の博多麺の”やわ”は違います。
しっかり茹でられた博多麺は本当に美味しいです。
それは「東海富木島店」でも健在。
替え玉に中華麺をお願いしようかと思いましたが、
小食の私は1玉ですっかり満足しちゃいました。
中華麺は次回のお楽しみに取って置きましょう。
会計はセルフレジ。
タッチパネル注文と言い、徹底してますね。
