本日のディナーは、2回目の利用「長浜豚骨ラーメン 一番軒 東海富木島店」さんへ。21時近くでも駐車場にたくさん車が停まっているので、人気を感じます。

〇熟成(白)ラーメン
定番である、白を注文。提供された瞬間、豚骨の良い香りがしてきます。
トッピングはチャーシュー、ねぎ、海苔と至ってシンプル。ねぎは結構たくさん盛られています。
麺の硬さは、もちろん粉落とし。まるで針金を食べてるかのような硬さが、個人的には最高です(笑)
スープは乳白色で、なめらかな舌触りです。豚骨ならではのクセも嫌な感じではなく、食べやすいと感じます。安定した味ですね。
豚骨ラーメン店で粉落としが頼めるのは、テンションが上がりますね。替玉だと、スープに入っていないためにより硬いので、もっと好みな硬さです。
気軽にこの本格的な長浜豚骨が食べられるのはありがたいですね。ごちそうさまでした!

仕事が早く終わり、お腹が空いていたので「一番軒」さんへ。駐車場が広いので、入りやすい店舗です。

〇贅沢 長浜白ラーメン
やはり一番軒さんは長浜白でしょ!ということで注文。麺の硬さはもちろん、「こなおとし」です。芯の入った硬さが個人的には好みなので、こなおとし一択です。チャーシューはしっかりとした肉質で、味がしっかり染み込んでいます。味玉も中までとろっとした黄身に、しっかりとタレが漬け込まれており、これだけでご飯が食べられそう。スープも濃いめで良きです。
〇トンからセット
大きな唐揚げで、かかっているタレが甘辛で良いです。ボリュームがしっかりとあり、食べると満足感はありますね。熱いので気をつけて食べなければいけません。添えられたソースにつけて食べると、違う辛みを感じていいですよ。
量産的な味ではありますが、満足はできます。こなおとしが好きな方は是非行ってみるといいのではないでしょうか?ごちそうさまでした。

Today's lunch was at "Nagahama Tonkotsu Ramen Ichibanken Tokai Tomikishima" which I posted for the second time. Ramen Ramen I was short of money due to various reasons, but my friend bought me a drink. The aroma of ma-yu (Chinese chili oil) in the soup is irresistible. The toppings are chashu pork, green onion, and nori (seaweed). The chashu is of course delicious, but the green onion is also delicious. They go well with the strong flavor of the soup. The noodles are thin and of course, hard and firm. The chewy texture of the noodles is great. You can clearly taste the flavor of the wheat and the soup. As mentioned above, the soup has the flavor of pork bones and the aroma of ma-yu (Chinese red chili oil). The fragrance of the ma-yu is very appetizing. It is also good to eat it with rice. My friend had a coupon for a free refried egg, so I ordered it. The noodles are served with a gut-hard consistency, so that they are not in the soup, making them the hardest noodles you can get. It comes with a green onion and a quail egg, making it a bit of a bargain. The noodles are very good, stiff and thin, and when you add them to the soup and slurp it all up at once. It was delicious. I have only chosen white noodles so far, but now I know that black noodles are totally possible. If you want, maybe the other ones are tasty too? Next time I visit, maybe I will order another flavor?
