わりかし直ぐに着丼！
大判のチャーシューはミートスライサーで提供前に
丁寧に切り出されてました！
卓上の紅生姜と自家製辛高菜??、
ゴマをセルフトッピングして個人的に完成(笑)
パッツパツのバリカタ麺と豚骨スープの相性は抜群！
個人的に後半の海苔がいい仕事してます(笑)
