"A Ramen shop where you can drink alcohol" In addition to super delicious Ramen, it features a wide variety of menu items ♪
Ichibankan was founded in Nagoya in 2000, when the tonkotsu Ramen culture had not yet taken root. The owner, who trained in Nagahama, Kyushu, the home of tonkotsu Ramen, serves a rich yet sharp bowl o |
I ate at Ramen in Tokai City called "Aged Tonkotsu Ramen Menya Ichibanken." The restaurant is located on the road west of Tokai City Hall, heading towards Nagoya, turning right at the Oike Park West traffic light intersection, heading east, turning right at the Atota traffic light intersection, and it is immediately on the right side. When I entered the restaurant, a staff member guided me to a seat and told me to order using the touch panel. The restaurant is not very large, and the only visible area was counter seating. I sat down and looked at the touch panel. Ramen comes in white, black, spicy miso, Taiwanese, and dried sardines, and there are two types of noodles: Chinese noodles and Hakata noodles. I thought, "Wow, there are so many different kinds!", but since it was my first time, I ordered the basic white ramen, boiled like Hakata noodles, with normal onions, and no green onions. The soup was opaque and thick, with a strong pork aroma and a sense of guilt. The noodles were thin and not too hard or soft, which I liked. Maybe the noodles would taste better if they were a little softer?
