First visit. I was a little suspicious when I entered the store because it didn't have the feel of a long-established store and it had a clean exterior. However, there is no sense of stability at all. I had the upper hitsumabushi, and it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is a typical food report pattern. It was very delicious. My wife has Hitsumabushi and I have Upper Hitsumabushi. It was a difference of 1,000 yen, but it was more than worth the difference in the amount of eel, grilled eel, and eel.
