I happened to come across this restaurant, and it seemed to have good reviews, so I made a reservation. The roads in this area are especially busy on weekends and holidays, so I used my paid leave to visit with my wife on a weekday. We made a reservation for 11:30, so we arrived 10 minutes early, but about 80% of the seats were already occupied, and some people were already eating. The store opens at 11:30, but they seem to let you in early. This time too, I was torn between ``Mabushi'' and ``Unaju,'' but both of us chose ``Mabushi.'' I was surprised that it came out within 10 minutes after ordering, but I was satisfied with how well it was cooked and how delicious it was. Quantity: I thought it would be small at first glance, but it was a satisfying amount. Sauce: Satisfying level, neither too sweet nor too spicy. The sauce is a bit bland, but additional sauces are placed in special containers on each table along with sansho pepper. *An explanation will be provided in advance from the store staff. Other: The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and I think the prices are cheap. However, I was disappointed that it wasn't liver sucking. Next time I would like to try eel.
