大府市にあるカレー屋さんに訪問です。
ネパール系のカレー屋さんです。
2種カレーセット@1450円を注文しました。
カレー2種、サラダ、ナン、ラッシーを注文しました。
チキンパゴダ@400円も追加しました。
チキンパゴダは辛めの味付けの唐揚げです。
カレーは何種類からか選べるスタイルで、今回はマトン、ダル(豆)をチョイスしました。
辛さは辛口にします。
料理はすぐに提供されました。
個人的にはマトンが好みでした。
マトンは臭みもなく、カレーのスパイスとの相性がかなり良かったです。
一方で、ダルの方はマメの存在感がカレーの味を圧倒してしまっていて少し残念でした。
もっちりとしたナンも甘みを感じます。
ついついお代わりもしてしまいました。
あとは、スープがかなり美味しいですね。
このスープはもう一杯飲みたかったですね。
個別注文したチキンパゴダはお酒に合う味付けですね。
お酒を飲みたくなってしまいました。
町のカレー屋さんとしては満足できました。
