▷メカジキのバジルドリア
ライスorパン⁈の問いに、何気なく“ライスで♪”と答えると…
ドリアの下にもお米が少し入ってますが良かったでしょうか⁇とスタッフさん。
親切ですね。 では…とパンに変更。
何となくパン推しな雰囲気もありましたが、登場して納得(=´∀｀)
パン屋さんではないので焼き立て提供でなくとも、拘りのトースターで再加熱してかほりも存分に愉しめる状態で登場。
備えの小皿のオリーブオイルには、岩塩が潜んでおりまして、コレ、簡単そうでナイスなアイデア。普段からコメ派な私なので、パン業界では当たり前のアクセントかも知れませんが、グッと甘みが増しますね♪
あと先しますが、初めに登場した新鮮なサラダと人参と蕪のスープ…普段の不摂生を反省するひと時ですよねヽ(´o｀；
タイミングよくメインも提供されました。熱々で芳ばしいかほりが食欲を唆りますし、彩りもそう、私の女子力も少しウプしたかとw
メカジキ特有な食感と風味も愉しめつつ、メインとゴロッとした野菜のお陰で、ドリアと云えども濃厚一辺倒ではない仕上がりに注目かと(=´∀｀)
うん、偶にはこげなランチも宜しいかと◎
