昨年１０月２５日に開店した桶狭間の店に続いて大府市の文化交流の杜にオープンしたオムレットにやって来ました。
桶狭間の店舗同様この店舗も二転三転の末７月１日にオムレットとして開業したのですが・・・・、オムレット自体には多少興味は有ったものの緑区まではなかなか足を延ばせないでいましたので、大府ならちょっと覗いてみようかと・・・・。
開店当日の６時ごろに入店、広々とした店内に先客は有りません。
注文方法などの説明を受け先ずは席を確保（って私達だけですけど）した後カウンターで選べるメインプレート１５８０円（税込）を注文、プレートに乗せるサラダやらデリやらドリンクやらを選択し支払いを済ませます。
私達はサラダをレタスベースでヤングコーンやウズラの玉子など、デリはメインを鶏モモ肉のローストとローストビーフを選択、席に戻りプレートが運ばれるのを待ちます。
スープと共に運ばれたプレートには大量のサラダが・・・・、ま、葉っぱが殆どですから食べ切れないって事は有りません。
ただ、デリに関してはメインとなるローストビーフやチキンはどちらも作り置きを乗せるだけのものですから、特にチキンなどすっかり瑞々しさが飛んでジューシーさのカケラも無く、これはローストビーフも同様バサバサ状態なのです。
ま、ローストビーフの旨い店などなかなか無く何処も似たり寄ったりとは言うものの既に閉店してしまった乙川の「ルブダン」（https://tabelog.com/aichi/A2304/A230402/23061485/）のものは出色だったと言えますね。
正直なところこの料理でこの値段では客が呼べるかどうかはやや疑問ではありますが、この広々とした店舗が無駄にならない事を祈りましょうか。
この店舗に関して言えばパスタには多少の不満は有りましたが、惣菜食べ放題だった最初の店の方が良かった様に思いますね。
