大府市のラーメン屋「麺屋 龍丸」で食事。
場所はJR共和駅東口を東に向かい信号交差点共和駅前を左折し信号交差点共和駅東を左折し少し走った右側で道を挟んだ向かいはガスト。
半田常滑食本に掲載があり500円ランチ共催店。
店内は結構広く席はカウンター、テーブル、座敷。
入口の券売機で食券を購入するのだが今回はクーポン仕様のため食券買わずに席へ。
注文するのはワンコインランチの龍丸ラーメン。
龍丸ラーメンはいわゆる二郎系。
野菜、ニンニク、背脂は普通で依頼。
麺は太く啜ると汁が飛びまくるので要注意。
硬めの茹で加減で自分好み。
叉焼はトロ系で大きい。
スープは濃く塩気も強い背徳の一杯。
美味しかった。
