美味しい鰻を日常的に味わってもらいたいという想いで生まれたリーズナブルなうなぎ専門店☆2022年５月オープンです！
メニューの中で、最もリーズナブルな
「うな丼 並」は半尾使って1600円！ さらに鰻を丸ごと一尾豪快に使った
「うな丼 特上」でも2400円という安さ！！
ひつまぶし 特上 2500円
お吸い物＆お漬物付き☆
大きな鰻が丸ごと一尾入っていて、大きめにカットしてあるのが嬉しいです
まずは、そのままで♪
鰻の皮はパリッとしていて、厚みのある身がとってもふっくら柔らかい♡
臭みは全くなく脂がのっていて、何これ！！
とっても美味しい！！！
続いて、薬味(浅葱・山葵・刻み海苔)をのせて、風味を楽しみながら♪
最後に、お出汁をかけてサラサラっといただきます♪ご飯もタレもお出汁も、とっても美味しい
タレと山椒は各テーブルに置いてあるので、好きなだけ注ぎ足し可能ですが、絶妙にちょうど良いタレのかかり具合で、注ぎ足しの必要がなかったです！
今までいろんな鰻屋さんに行きましたが、鰻の厚みが無く薄いためか、身のふっくら感が無くイマイチなお店が多い中、こちらは身が厚くふっくら♡
名古屋では珍しい「蒸し焼きの関東風」というのも、身がふっくらする技法だということです♪
美味しくてこの量でこのお値段？！

スタッフの方々は、笑顔が素敵な優しい対応で素晴らしい
