家族でお出かけした日のこと、息子が
「大衆うなぎ」ってお店があると言うのです。
場所は名古屋市緑区と大府の辺り？（笑）
23号線すぐ近くで、前は何度か通ったことがあるので行ってみよう！とのことになり電話して予約の上、行ってきました。
お店は、新しくて明るく清潔です。
日曜のランチタイムで賑わっていました。メニューはうな丼とひつまぶし。
うな丼の並は1800円からです。
鰻の値段は量の違いで、特上をお願いしたのでうな丼は2700円。ひつまぶしは2800円。
つい先々週に行ったお店の約半値です。ビックリです。
息子は特上うな丼。私は特上ひつまぶし。少し待って着丼です。
ひつまぶしには、お出汁と薬味、お吸い物がつきます。
ひつまぶしのお櫃には、大好きな鰻がびっしり。
なかなか分厚い身の鰻です。
いただいてみると、『うん、美味しい！』
思ったより、全然美味しいんです。内心、不安というか…期待していませんでしたが美味しい。
そのままも、薬味をかけてもお出汁をかけてもどれも美味しかった。
同行者が「むし、むし」と言うのでナニかと思っていたら関東風だっけ？一度蒸してから焼く？焼いてから蒸す？
名古屋はずっと焼きなので、そもそも作り方が違うらしい。
蒸すから、ふんわりして柔らかなんですね。
おいダレもあるので、味が濃いのが好きな人はかけるといいですよね。
美味しかった。
お店のスタッフも明るくて親切で、とても良い雰囲気です。美味しかった。
これはリピありだな、って感じです。
