愛知県半田市にある鰻が美味しいお店です。本店と青山店がありますが、圧倒的に青山店が旨い(*^^*)
鰻は関西風、腹で割いてあり蒸さずに焼きで勝負です(*´ω`*)
そして最大の特長が、飴色にまで焼いた鰻です。
これは、ここでしか食べられない。そして、運が良くないと食べられないです(*^^*)
タレがシッカリと染み込み、パリッパリな仕上がり。タレも程よい、甘さ抑えめの辛さで、ご飯にベストマッチ。今日の焼き具合は最高でした(●´ω｀●)
地元の超人気店なので、並ぶこと必至、閉店間際は要注意かもです(^o^)
