ブロンコビリー、10年ぶりくらい。おいしかった記憶を持っての訪問。
■炭焼き特選リブロースステーキコンビセット
サラダバー、規模か種類が少なくなったような気がするなあ。
ステーキ、たまたまなのか、とにかくスジが多いし、ミディアムで頼んだのですが、レアで出てきました。ステーキソースはにんにく多めなのか、私にはちょっと重かった。ハンバーグもステーキソースの濃い味わいに沈んじゃった感じでした。
コーンスープは、ほとんどポタージュでは？というくらいに濃くて甘みがあり、重たいステーキのクッションになってくれました。
ジェラート、バニラと抹茶はまずまずの味わい。キャラメルはちょっと、企画した人とわたしの味の解釈が違うと思います。いちご味は、ジェラートというよりもシャーベットでした。
ちなみにお子様のセットでも十分大人のおなかを満たせる量だなと思いました。
とにかくたくさん食べられるところは、良い点だと思いました。
