最近、お店が出来ていて、気になっていたので行って来ました。１階は駐車場になっており、２階がお店です。店内は焼肉やとしては珍しいモダンな雰囲気です。
席に通されると、まず店員さんが、タッチペンの使い方を教えてくれます。メニューのそれぞれにペンが読み取るマークがあり、好きなものを好きな数、ペンで順番にタッチすれば、ペンが読み上げると共にオーダーが出来るようになっているとのこと。何を注文するか迷いながら、ゆっくりと、また好きなときに追加もできました。なかなかハイテクです。他にも色々使い方があるようでしたが覚え切れませんでした。
年寄り３人なので、柔らかそうなカルビ、ロース、塩タン、海鮮焼それに野菜、石焼ビビンバを注文しました。タレは「つけだれ」と「洗いダレ」の２種、店員さんの説明とテーブルの上の紙にも使い方がかかれてあります。また岩塩の塊と下ろし金も出てきて、こだわりを感じました。
肉は柔らかく、タレはあっさりめで焼肉のギトギトした感じがなく、我々には好評。
海鮮焼きのほたて、イカ、海老共にプリプリで、柔らかい。
ビビンバも具が色々と入っており、味もよし。３人満足しました。
