常滑市のラーメン屋「スガキヤ イオンモール常滑店」で食事。
言わずと知れたソウルフード。
イオンモール常滑店の2Fフードコートにあります。
多くの出店がある中、ソウルフードが頑張っていました。
定番を頼もうと思っていたのですが頭上にある味噌ラーメンの看板につられて葱抜きで注文しました。
スープは定番の和風トンコツに味噌を加えたように感じました。
シャキシャキのモヤシも良いのですが定番のシナチクの方が好みです。
やはり定番の方が美味しいと感じました。
