開いている店が少ない中部国際空港の中で見つけました。
愛知県ならではの八丁味噌を使ったたんたん麺です。しかも鹿ミンチトッピングとは尖っています。
スープは、八丁味噌なので一般的なたんたん麺のスープよりは甘く優しい味です。
一方で、鹿ミンチの存在は薄かったですね。
妻のビールのつまみになっているポテトサラダボルケーノには、揚げ玉ねぎがかかっていて、美味しいアクセントになっていました。香りも良くて真似したいと思いました。
